Sustainability has become for all a priority, which closely involves not only the major fashion brands but also the supply chain.
Consumers have established the agenda, increasingly directing their choices to those companies that prove to be transparent, traceable, and responsible in terms of social and environmental ethics. Brands are adapting, imposing to their suppliers a net change of registry.
A short workshop organized by 4sustainability at Pitti Filati next June 29th at 5 p.m. (Meeting Room – Monumentale Area – First Floor) will explain to the companies in the supply chain what steps they should make to win these challenges and remain competitive, given that both consumers and brands will judge the nature of their products as well as of their processes.
The reduction of chemicals is an exemplary arena for confrontation. Companies, however, should get used to thinking in perspective, through the adoption of a structured plan of change management which also includes the necessary technical tools.

La sostenibilità è diventata per tutti un tema strategico ineludibile, che impegna i grandi marchi della moda e coinvolge a doppio filo anche la filiera.
L’agenda l’hanno dettata i consumatori, indirizzando sempre più spesso le loro scelte verso chi si dimostra trasparente, tracciabile, responsabile da un punto di vista sociale e ambientale. I brand si stanno adeguando, imponendo di fatto anche ai loro fornitori un netto cambio di registro.
Un breve workshop organizzato da 4sustainability in occasione di Pitti Filati il prossimo 29 giugno dalle 17 alle 18 (Sala Riunioni – Area Monumentale – Primo Piano) chiarirà alle aziende della filiera, in particolare, quali sono i passi da compiere per vincere queste sfide e restare competitivi, qualificandosi agli occhi dei brand e dei consumatori non solo in termini di prodotti, ma anche di processi organizzativi.
La riduzione delle sostanze chimiche è un terreno di confronto esemplare. Si tratta certamente di uno dei temi più caldi e sentiti, ma occorre che le imprese lo affrontino in prospettiva, avviando un percorso strutturato di change management e dotandosi degli strumenti adeguati.
