STATEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 12 et seq. EU REGULATION 679/2016

Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, in accordance with the principle of accountability, any processing of personal data shall be lawful, fair and transparent. These principles imply that the person concerned is informed about its existence, its purposes, and the rights he/she is entitled to exercise.

From this perspective, CPF CONSORZIO PRMOZIONE FILATI, as Data controller, provides the person concerned the required information to assure a correct use in accordance with the principle of accountability.

TYPOLOGY OF PROCESSED DATA

Data Processing Methods

Personal data processing, pursuant to art. 3, is performed by means of an IT support for the time is required to achieve the purpose the collection is focused on.

Data Storage

Data to anonymous logs (“Log”) for browsing shall be stored by the Data controller for a period equal to 6 months. We also inform you that the data you provided shall be further stored exclusively during the period foreseen for the fulfilment of the legal requirements, provided that it is not necessary to store them further to protect or to assert a right or to fulfil possible additional legal requirements or instructions by the Authorities.

Rights of the people concerned

The subjects the above-mentioned personal data refer to (so called “subjects concerned”) are entitled to exercise their rights following the procedures and within the limits laid down by the law on privacy into force.

– Right to limit the processing (art. 18);

– Right to object to the processing (21);

– Right of withdrawal of consent;

Right to be forgotten
