We believe in people and in the centrality of the individual for the affirmation of sustainable business models.

Nothing is more important than skills to accelerate the transition of the fashion system to sustainability.

Fostering the meeting between the world of work and the world of education is essential for cultivating new talent and training the professionals the market needs.

The social dimension of sustainability also includes the commitment to protect and enhance these talents, taking care of the health, safety and well-being of people in the workplace, their needs and their growth expectations both as professionals and as individuals.

During the event we will organize specific activities in favor of orientation towards the world of work and in the knitwear supply chain in particular:

  • some Italian schools will be present to provide orientation towards the knitwear sector;
  • we will organize a talk to present the results of the Con-Text research, carried out by the PoliMI – Department of Design to highlight the needs of the world of work in this sector; representatives of the world of industry and institutions of the sector will also intervene in the talk, so as to provide a concrete orientation to the world for those who are completing their studies in the sector.

At the end of the talk it will also be possible to create speed-dates between companies and students, by pre-registering using the buttons below:
